Welcome to a new week!
This week I have a mantra for you to meditate on.
As you meditate simply repeat (either out loud or to yourself) this phrase. Let your inner self begin to absorb it. The more you consciously remind yourself, the easier it is to recall in your moments of doubt. Giving yourself permission to simply be is a wonderful gift that I hope you can all enjoy this week.
